To most people being a big rugger is a fun and exciting job. This is the opportunity to connect with a new person on your team, and teach them and have them fall in love with the game as much as you have. Being a big rugger also gives you the chance to learn about a new person on your team, gives that new person a chance to understand the culture behind rugby!!! This opportunity give to "Vets" is an honor that should be cherished and taken seriously. This is the opportunity to form a new bond, and become something like "sisters"....a bond that never breaks. The opportunity you get put forth when you are a big rugger is a responsibility to your LITTLE RUGGER, to show her what it is to be a VET and a rugger, and to have someone look up to you as a role model.
