	Maurice Ouimet, Dean of Enrollment Maurice is a 1996 graduate of Boston College. He has been working in college admissions for over ten years and has been the director at Castleton since July 2003. After growing up in a small town in Massachusetts, Maurice and his wife moved to Vermont in 1999. His hobbies include small scale farming, gardening and spending time with his family. 	Emily Wiezalis, Assistant Dean of Enrollment Advises students from upstate New York. " Emily is a 1997 graduate of the University at Buffalo (SUNY) and has been with Castleton Admissions since January 2004. She enjoys many outdoor activities with her husband and son; their favorites include rock climbing, skiing, boating on nearby Lake Bomoseen and daily trail hikes with their dog. Emily also assists with the Castleton women's lacrosse team and volunteers each spring with the Rutland Recreation Department youth lacrosse program. 	Chris Eder, Senior Associate Director of Admissions Advises students from Connecticut, western Massachussets, Rhode Island, and central Vermont. Chris enters his ninth year working in college admissions and his fourth at Castleton. For the past two years, Chris has been serving as the secretary for the Consortium of Vermont Colleges, an organization that promotes higher education in the state of Vermont. In addition to Chris's admissions duties, he is also the head coach of the Castleton State College Alpine Ski Team. In his spare time, Chris enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking, running and tennis. Originally from Bernardsville, NJ, Chris is a 1998 graduate of Green Mountain College and now resides in nearby downtown Rutland, VT. 	Emmy Charron, Assistant Director of Admissions Advises students from Maine, eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and northwestern Vermont. Emmy is a 2005 graduate of Castleton State College with a degree in Business Management. As a student, Emmy was a tour guide and ambassador for all four years. 	Erica Terault, Admissions Counselor Advises Students from southern New York, southern Vermont, and international students. Erica graduated from Castleton State College in 2007 with a degree in Social Work. As a student, Erica was an Ambassador, and tour guide. She also took part in Student Orientation Staff, Social Issues Club, and Dance Crew. Erica is originally from Massachusetts and has found Vermont to be a great place to live. 	Joe Zeitler, Admissions Counselor Advises Students from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, northeastern Vermont, and all other states. Joe is a 2008 graduate of Castleton State College with a degree in Sociology with a concentration in Power and Conflict. As a student, Joe was a tour guide, ambassador, and community advisor. He also enjoyed playing on the hockey team and was proud to receive the Student Association Senator of the Year award in 2006. 	Gary Rogers, Campus Visits Coordinator Gary Rogers, Campus Visit Coordinator, is a native of the area. After receiving his BA from Castleton in 1979 and a Master's in Education in 1993 he has continued to promote Castleton for 30 plus years. He has two daughters and four grand-daughters. He plays bass in his Country-Oldies band " Morgan Creek." We play for a number of American Legions, VFW's, Moose and Elk's clubs. It's great to give back to the people that help people.
