Shoichiro Watanabe came to Castleton from Tokyo, Japan. He is a senior studying business management and marketing.

Shoichiro chose to attend Castleton for the beautiful Vermont setting and the college's small size. He finds it easy to make friends and get to know people throughout campus, and has joined several clubs including the business club, Spanish club, and soccer club. Shoichiro is also a member of Castleton's ski team.
